VENUE & TIMES

  • The venue will be Thames Valley University, Ealing, London W5. There is free car parking nearby on Sundays, as well as good train and underground connections nearby. There is easy access from Heathrow airport.
  • Refreshments will be provided for all participants on arrival at no extra cost. (Participants can purchase sandwiches and snacks for lunch, and additional refreshments throughout the day at the university canteen.)
  • The conference will open at 10 a.m. and close at 4.30 p.m. This should enable most delegates to attend without the need for overnight accommodation.
